I used CPAP at a set level of 8.8 and 9.2 for years and just got an APAP set at 7-12 and by and large, my stats are equally good and the median and average pressure are right around 9.0 so it looks like the CPAP settings are being matched by APAP.

Try it and see how you feel and how the stats look in OSCAR. I am on the road right now and I am using CPAP vs. carrying the new APAP, and I am sleeping OK.

yeah my only issue is the mouth breathing even with the chin strap, seems i'm still snoring a bit and it doesn't always stay under 24L/min. i think i will ask the doc for a ffm to try out next week when i see her Sad
