Apnea Test Results and Choosing the Right CPAP?
First, I'm grateful to this forum and everyone who contributes. Thank you.
I have suffered from a number of symptoms for the last 15 years. The worst are:
1. Fatigue
2. Complete Lack of Concentration
3. Loss of Libido
4. Anhedonia
5. Feeling Easily Overwhelmed
And many more. I've tried many things over the years in an effort to find something that would help. Then a couple weeks ago I randomly tried a website where you enter your symptoms and it suggests possible diagnosis....and the most likely, sleep apnea. I couldn't believe it. Somehow, that never entered my mind. I immediately ordered an online test from SleepTest #3. I'm not sure if this is a common feeling or not, but I very much hoped I had sleep apnea. At least t would give me hope there is treatment which can help!
So, just received the test results, and I do have sleep apnea. I would love to hear any thoughts on my results. It looks like I am right on the line between moderate/severe. So I am hoping it is possible it's sleep apnea that has caused many of my problems for over the last decade.
Secondly, considering my test results, I would love to hear what machines you would recommend? My RX is for an APAP (E0601). I'm not sure if it limits me the type of machine?
I have private insurance, so my initial plan is to try and quicky get the equipment from an in-network DME provider. If it is going to take weeks or months, I'll probably just buy one directly from SleepTest #3. I don't want to suffer any longer.
(I wasn't able to include the 4th page of the test results due to the 3 attachments limit)
