Originally I got diagnosed with OSA 19.2 ahi but I am only or mostly getting CA events.

No, because it is still very low. If the CA events were higher than 5 by themselves, then it would be time to discuss this with your sleep doc.
There's a lot of things that go into sleep. What we drink, eat, do. Activities, stress levels, medication, etc etc. plus, if I am reading it right, you are showing the CA events during high leaks. Get the leaks under control and see how it goes.
