To get back to the original topic, which was centrals.
The chart OP attached has 6 centrals indicated. We don't know how long OP slept. If OP slept 7 hours, then the central index would be 0.86. If OP slept 8 hours, the central index would be 0.75.
So with central index likely less than 1, and centrals of limited duration, there would not appear to be a problem here. The other issues mentioned above are more important in this case, IMO.
