Cluster of Centrals ?
#1
Question
Cluster of Centrals ?
Hi, looking at my data for last night, I see a cluster of centrals, which are centred around a time when I woke up. I cant exactly remember whether I was awake and wearing the mask at the time, as I had woken and tried to get back sleep, put the mask on but didnt sleep, I think the middle flow rate is that. But the heaviest cluster I think I was probably asleep there.

Is it possible to have a CA while awake? But what would cause a cluster of CA's?

(I sleep with a cervical collar on also)

And data for entire night

RE: Cluster of Centrals ?
Probably this is a series of events due to SWJ (sleep wake junk), meaning your breath control is switching between wake and sleep, and therefore running into confusion on control whether it's your waking or sleeping control of breath.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Thanks SarcasticDave94, I looked at a few posts about SWJ and it seems like it fits the bill. Appreciate the help.
