RE: Centrals!! Help
Central apnea at this frequency is inconsequential and while they may represent a momentary breathing pause, they are not likely what would be physiologically defined as a central event. You appear to be using a Resmed Aircurve 11 in fixed VPAP-S mode at 8.2/4.2 pressure, and with an AHI less than 1/hour your results are excellent. There are two things you can do. First update your version of OSCAR to 1.6.0 which properly recognizes the Resmed Aircurve 11 bilevels, and second, change your trigger sensitivity to High. This will often trigger IPAP earlier and stimulate a breath where you might otherwise pause breathing.

You may need to go to the Oscar Menu and rebuild the CPAP data. You can try very-high trigger. As I said, you're dealing with very low frequency of these events, so be sure you are comfortable with the setting after trying it out. If you want to take a closer look at the CA events, grab a zoomed screenshot of 2-3 minutes duration and we can look at how the event evolves and resolves.

RE: Centrals!! Help
The CA events you zoomed in on are 10-second breathing pauses, and do not appear obstructive, or breath-holds. I don't see anything here that helps to explain the events or your continuing fatigue. Your respiratory and therapy data all look very good, and I realize that doesn't really help, other than the problem may lie outside of the therapy settings.

When Oscar rebuilds the data, it assembles the sessions and settings files to recreate the displayed data. It is a non-destructive process the may be needed if you recently updated the version of Oscar and I'm hoping it properly displays the settings and machine information in the summary.
