Try it.  The worst thing they can say is, "Please submit a script stating VAuto".  I doubt they will sacrifice a sale, you still have a script.  To be honest. I've purchased 5 machines and an umpteen dozen masks. I was never asked for or submitted a prescription.

RE: Bad at Breathing
I was able to find a sleep specialist that would listen to me.  He loved all the research I did and agreed that I could use a bilevel.  I got my AirCurve 11 VAuto yesterday and I got one of the best night sleeps that I've had in a long time.  I know the RDI looks high, but I woke up feeling rested and had no aerophagia, despite the pressure getting to the same levels.

My old machine was using 10 cm with EPR 3 and that gave me moderate aerophagia.  Last night I used the doctor recommended (still no actual titration) Min EPAP 4, Max IPAP 11 with pressure support 4.  I'm not sure if I should change any settings for a little while?  I'm assuming the CAs will go away after time (I didn't have any during sleep study)?

Let me know any thoughts and thank you all again for helping me get this far.

P.S. OSCAR made a note when I loaded the SD card for the first time that it didn't fully recognize this machine.  I get unknowns for the PAP Mode for some reason.  It said something about sending zip files but I don't know what to do with that.

RE: Bad at Breathing
You're likely going to want minimum to go up. 4 min is going to starve you for air.

Ramp 20 minutes at 4 will also hinder, taking away therapy time.

What was the status on those CA? Treatment emergent I think. You're on the VAuto, edit Trigger to High unless it's being used already. In that case, go to Trigger very high.

RE: Bad at Breathing
I swapped my inhale trigger from medium to high and it seemed to make a huge difference with the CA.  I'm not sure why, but I'll happily take those results.  I left the exhale trigger on medium for now?

I still feel like I slept really well despite waking up to my dog peeing on the floor in the middle of the night.

RE: Bad at Breathing
Cycle at Medium default should be fine, most don't need to change that. Unless you're Mr. Complicated like me.

Looks better with that Trigger setting.
