If you feel you want to try PS 6.0 go ahead and give it a try, but feel free to back down to your current 5.6 if you feel any discomfort. I think the question, as usual, is how is this working for you and is there something specific you want to improve? Did you ever think you would regularly score under 1.0 AHI?
My lack of knowledge of the whole sleep apnea thing is what is driving me.
For example, I thought the results I posted today were not that good!!!
I do see a small improvement with Flow Limitation.
Based on your comment, I think increasing PS is relevant to decreasing FL.
As far as how I feel, I think on average it is very slowly getting better.
Part of my appreciation comes from the progress of some parameters measured by Oscar.
It is very
hard for me to describe how I feel from one night to the other except in rare cases where it is really bad or good.

Since I believe I have nothing to lose, I will try the increase with PS and come back.

If I am honest, it never crossed my mind whether I would succeed or not. I just kept fighting.
But I can acknowledge I made progress there with your help
My interpretation of your question is that I should be happy with a score under 1.0 AHI.
