Hi just now seeing this, thanks for the reply.
So my AHI during my sleep study was actually quite low. What was high and abnormal was my RDI. I don't personally see a correlation to REM in the data.
I attached an example of my waveform around a FL spike, to be honest I'm not sure if this looks normal or not.
My OSCAR chart does look basically the same every night. Even with a pressure increase I'm still sort of seeing the same results, maybe it'll just take time to get used to the higher pressure.
