Bipap replacement recommendation

So! I unfortunately only just learned about the whole Dreamstation recall situation- a bit late but better late than never!

I had bought it out of pocket back in 2018 and it treated me pretty well, so I haven't given much thought to the world of apnea since I got it set up. ?

What machines do y'all recommend as a comparable replacement? I have no idea where to even start with all the models out today. I suppose it'll need to be a machine that I can setup/configure on my own, but that's the only requirement I can think of.

Comparable replacements, either a refurbished DS1 or a DS2. A much better replacement the ResMed AutoSet.

I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is a DS2 Bi-pap version yet(?)
