CA rising - help

CA rising - help
Hi everyone,

I'm relatively new to CPAP and just started therapy a few months ago. It's made a big difference in my daytime sleepiness, energy, etc.. However, I noticed that a few weeks ago my CA started rising when previously it was 0 or less than 0.5.  Now it's the main factor for my AHI score.  So I went from 0 CA to over 5 sometimes as part of my AHI.  Now I'm worried that I'm doing something wrong, or the cpap machine has permanently given me CA?  I'm trying to see if there's anything different I'm doing, but I can't seem to pinpoint it.  The only thing I noticed is that the majority of the CAs happen at the same time each night according to Oscar. Thanks.

Post an OSCAR chart, and we would be able to see if something needs adjusted.

Let us know if you've changed anything recently that may cause an increase in CA's,
like using EPR vs no EPR, higher pressure or even taken medications you were not taking prior.

Thanks!

Ok thanks I will do that.

I'm not allowed to post photos as a new member so far. But - no new medications, my ERP is at 2 on a Resmed 11. I was diagnosed with mild to moderate OA and not CA. My pressure is 4-9.6. I was getting down to 1.5-3 AHI with no CA and now the reverse seems to be happening. The OA have further dropped and the CAs are appearing.
