[Pressure] Dreamstation to Airmini Pressure Translation

Dreamstation to Airmini Pressure Translation
This question is specifically for any Dreamstation home users who also use an Airmini for travel or backup.  Given your Dreamstation pressure settings what differences in pressure settings have you found work best in using the Airmini or are you using the same pressure settings on both devices?

RE: Dreamstation to Airmini Pressure Translation
Resmed and Phillips use slightly different CPAP technology in managing CPAP breathing patterns which creates some issues for a small number of users. So like for like pressure settings on both machines may or may not work for you. If your Airmini is an autoset machine, use the auto versus fixed setting pressure programming mode and let the machine figure out what the ideal pressure should be. If its fixed, might have to play with the settings until you find the right balance.

All AirMini's are Auto. Determining optimal settings will be tricky because they don't have SD Cards, nor to they provide detail data for import into sleepy head.

RE: Dreamstation to Airmini Pressure Translation
It is trial and error. The Airmini app does provide an average pressure from the night but that’s it as far as useful info on pressure. At like for like pressure settings AHI results are actually better on the mini versus the Dreamstation.
