It appears in your last chart that you may be experiencing some positional apnea, it usually show up as clusters of apneas and can be caused by chin tucking, sleeping on your back is normally the cause.    Imagine a garden water hose that you bend over, the bend will shut off the water, works the same with air.  With positional apnea you can crank the machine up to 20 and it will not help.    If you are having positional apnea it usually helps to sleep on your side or use a neck brace.  When I went from sleeping on my back to my side it was like night and day.

Last nights looking a little bit better. I sleep on my side, but I might have been on my back for a while, who knows?
I might invest in a brace and see if I can tolerate it, and also see if it lowers my AHI. Any recommendations for one I can get in the UK?

Thanks all. will see how the figures turn out this week now the settings have been changed.

Well, that didn't do much of anything...

One more thing you might try is to set your machine to CPAP mode and still use the full time EPR 3 setting. Leave your pressure at 10 and turn off your ramp if you can handle it.  These are almost exactly the same settings I use, perhaps it will work for you.  If this helps, but not enough to suit you,  just keep raising from from 10cm to 11cm and higher as long as it shows improvement.
