I have IBS. For that I am taking Mebeverine hydrochloride, loperamide hydrochloride, diosmin+hesperidin for the last week. Before that was taking doxycyclin, folic acid for about a month. Before that didnt take medicine for about 3 months or so. During the whole time I felt the same sleepwise.
Can I use smart watches or bands to measure oxygen? I could get pulse oximeter aslo if thats better. Below is the paragraph from my split night study:
"The lowest desaturation was 89, with 2.5 minutes of desaturations between 81% and 90%
with CPAP at 8cm H20 pressure, baseline oxygen saturation was maintained."
