Colin, I think you've been misdiagnosed. The sleep industry (and doctors in general) think of apnea as obstructive apnea and ignore central sleep apnea. This seems to be what's happened here. I agree with Sleeprider - you need to get back to your doctor with these results and push for a titration on an ASV machine. The only caveat is that you need to have your heart function checked - severe congestive heart failure is a strong contra-indicator for ASV treatment.
