Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

Sounds good. I will give it a few days and see how I feel.
I don’t feel any better today. I am quite tired.

Here's my results from June 5th. I increased the pressure from 7 to 8. Any tips to get my number closer to 0?
