Hi, new Resmed Airsense 10 user here.

I am still having problems adapting to CPAP, I am initially unable to fall asleep with it on, now I can't keep it on while I sleep. What settings do you think I should have it on?

You had an almost perfect night. The CAs will disappear in time.
The only (cosmetic) change you might wan to do is to increase your minium pressure to 7 because your current 6 cm is not in line with your EPR= 3 stteing.

Looks good, raise min pressure to 7 though, it will be more comfortable. You can change masks for more comfort later on - but good results

How new? CPAP does take getting used to, there's a real learning curve. Your breathing chart is absolutely fantastic, I would kill for one that looks so nice. Keep at it, there's just a bit of a learning curve - ensure the humidity/hose temp/mask feel comfortable for you!

How is this night? As you can see I still have trouble keeping the mask on, I took it out several times.

I have trouble understanding the AHI graph though. Does it mean it is apnea episodes that wake me up all the time to remove the mask?

Welcome to the forum Coolblue Smile Lower your max pressure to 10cm please, we need to narrow down that band of pressure, you have some scattered OA events and ahi spikes, this should help and please lower EPR to 1-you will sleep more soundly the lower EPR, if exhalation pressure seems too high at 1 move it up to 2.

Hello! Thank you. Very hesitant to lower the EPR as I find breathing out under lower pressure to be much more comfortable. In fact I am considering getting a Bipap machine instead. Is having a constant CPAP really more comfortable?

Will lower the max to 10 as it seems I do not go over that. But maybe my apnea episodes already woke me up to remove the mask before the machine can crank up to above 10.
