3 years APAP, still fatigued and brainfogged
Hi all,

im fairly new to Oscar software. Reason in pursuing the data is because I never felt fully relieved of the fatigue and brainfog that came with sleep apnea. I do not know where to start on analysing these oscar charts. If anyone could tell me if my flow rates are normal that would be appreciated. My eyes are not trained.. yet  Bigwink .

Im on dreamstation 2 currently on Auto setting.

I think I have a combination of OSA and UARS

The steady leak rate can be explained by a small hole in the tubing that has been patched up imperfectly with duct tape.

I am not an expert, just a long time user.

Now that you have stopped the leaks post a new chart so we can see what may be going on.  When you have leaks like this you are not seeing accurate apnea results nor are you getting proper treatment.

is that leak very significant?

On most of your charts you leaks were near or a little over 24L/min.  The maximum that most CPAP machines can compensate for leaks is 24L/min.  Actually, small leaks can have an effect on your treatment.
