It's on it's way back via UPS. We'll see how good Amazon does with 3rd parties. Hoping for the best.
RE: Newbie ready for guru input
They're typically pretty fast I hear. Glad you should be getting it soon. Enjoy the 3rd party thing, should be fun, free cake and coffee...
bye bye

Follow up: I did as you suggested. Been busy so I've not followed up with their office on a hard copy. Yet, that is.
Doing good BTW y'all.

RE: Newbie ready for guru input
Just a minor update. Doing good with my ASV, made 1 setting change 1 day ago of EPAP Min to 9.2 from 9.0. As I get used to xPAP pressures, 9 is starting to feel like 4 for others, as in needing a bit more air. Only got 4-ish hours slept last eve; this is due to health issues non-CPAP related, as in tooth ache, back ache, etc. 4 hours sleep at a time is still roughly my normal anyway. I nap mid/late afternoons most days too, probably from fatigue from COPD. My chart from SleepyHead screenshot from last night below. Snores nearly never exist now, leaks are rare and below 12 as my highest.
If this post goes lawyer on anybody just yell-AKA gives my infamous micro-print font...

Appears you are doing well with new therapy. Have no knowledge of that at all but only posted to congratulate you and also to ask how do you do a micro print?

Micro-print is made up term that I came up with to describe my accidental posting things in very small print. It seems to be resolved when it was determined I needed to check a setting box here on the Board.
And thanks on the congrats. From 70+ AHI to this is rather good.
Have a happy, safe day.
