[Treatment] Lost weight, no doc, can't get my settings right...

I lost weight and had lots of centrals. I had also been struggling with dry mouth for awhile. Lots of air leaks through my mouth. I use nasal pillows. I fixed all my issues by setting a fixed pressure and disabling EPR completely. I also tape my mouth, which was weird at first. Just fold over a bit on the end so you can grab it easily. My pressure is set to 8 and centrals are all but gone, AHI is usually under 1 and leaks are 0. High pressure equaled high centrals for me.
