Waking up a lot still with CPAP
Hello everyone,
I've had my CPAP for about a month now. I'm finally able to use it all night this week, but I'm still not sleeping soundly through the night. I keep waking up a lot. I feel completely used to the machine and hardly even notice it now.
I've attached my Apple Watch data, pulse ox data (this cut off around 4am, don't know why), and OSCAR data.
I scored a 6.2 AHI/9.6 RDI on my sleep test, but with the note that I didn't sleep much and it is probably underestimated, and that I had flow limitation all night. My prescribed settings were APAP 8-20, but the pressure changes were waking me up so I've been trying CPAP mode at 9. As you can see, my AHI is always looking good and I'm getting 100 in myAir every night. But I'm still very tired.
I'm sure part of it is just continuing to let my body get used to the machine, but any insights for any adjustments I can make is appreciated!
