I definitely feel much more awake this morning. I appreciate your help troubleshoot my issue.

Another good night rest. I think i figured out my sleeping position. I had a little blip around 3.30am. I think I may have rolled over on my back. I have been trying to train myself sleeping on my side or stomach. Sleeping on my back tends to have those positional apneas.
