I'm using the PAP therapy for somewhat 4 months now.
While my AHI was 2.X 3 years ago it has been 10.6 this year.
So I got the AirSense 10, everything was great, just the usual small problem's not worth to mention.
But since last week I'm always getting waked up by my body with an adrenaline reaction.
First I thought it would be the stress I have at the moment, but while doing some breathing training to relax before sleeping I noticed that my mask was "stuttering".
Normally this happens if you don't breath for a while, I think to measure if it's an obstructive or central event.
From this moment on I always have the feeling that I was not breathing when I got waked up by this inner shock again.
Believe, if you are absolutely tired, this is driving you insane and causing heavy depression and fear of sleeping, when this happens again and again while falling asleep.
So I have checked my daily reports in OSCAR and found some weird airflow while those moments occur.
Now I'm afraid that this is a CSA, especially because I have vertigo since 2 1/2 months.
There are just some few CA events in the night, minus the ones when you rotate in bed while sleeping.
But when trying to fall asleep they are happening multiple times in a row?!
Is it my psyche or is this a light CSA or something else?
I also had an polygraphy this week, I remembered the exact time when and event occurred and there was an amplitude on the result paper, but the doctor said this would be an "artifact".
Maybe someone has experience with those datas in the pics or the situation itself.
The pics show different arousal events while dropping off the last nights.
Any help is very much appreciated
Thank ya'll in advance!
