Caldera collar advice needed.

Hi Everone,
I tried the caldera collar last night for a little while. It was a no go or havent figured it out just yet. The large 18in barely closes unless i tighten it up pretty good. I might mess with it some more in a couple of days but that thing is tall?? Or i have a really short neck. I may have to go a homemade route or take some of the padding out of this thing. 
I would hate to go tearing it apart but the 1st impression is not that good. 
Anyone have any pictures of what they use.

Search for The Eliminator sleep pillow, I got it from Amazon. I too have a short neck, I took about 1/4" of it's height.

Collars come in different heights and sizes, ranging from 2-1/2" to over 4" and for large circumference, the Corflex collar seems better.
