Can Emay SleepO2 Data be Imported to Oscar?

I recently purchased an EMAY SleepO2 pulse oximeter for $59 from a (very) large online retailer.  The unit works very well and stays on all night without problem.  Data is transferred in the morning via bluetooth to my phone as a CSV file which I then transfer to my computer and plot and crunch in Excel.  The file is named (for example) "EMAY SpO2-20230320-001122.csv"  and has the format:

Date,Time,SpO2(%),PR(bpm)
3/20/2023,12:11:22 AM,94,74
3/20/2023,12:11:23 AM,94,74
3/20/2023,12:11:24 AM,94,73
...

Is there an easy way to import this file into OSCAR?

To answer your question, no. You will need the binary file to import into OSCAR. Based on the device's name, this may be a Viatom/Wellue derivative. If the phone app is "ViHealth", then it will import into OSCAR.
