Cant below 6 AHI most nights
Hello all. I made some changes to my machine a while ago which helped me get from around 10 to now 6 most nights but can't get it any lower than that. Any suggestions on settings to change? Tried changing out my pillow to see if it made a difference but still might need to try a flatter one.

Your results show clustered obstructive apnea which is typical of positional apnea. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea You may find you can address this by using less pillow height or avoiding chin-tucking. Many members have successfully used a soft cervical collar with very good success. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar

You are using a ramp starting at pressure 5.0 for 30 minutes. I think this affects your ability to get a good fit on your mask, and leaks start immediately after ramp ends. If you can start at higher pressure and use auto ramp, or turn off ramp all together, I think you will have a better mask fit that you can work with while you're still awake.
