Causes of sudden Dreamstation APAP runaway?

RE: Causes of sudden Dreamstation APAP runaway?
Do what you are comfortable with BUT I would not suffer until I had an annual Dr visit. I have changed numerous settings many many times and the 3 different dr I see have never said anything about it. (GP, pulmonary, cardiac). I see them 3 times each every year and talk to all of them about my pap therapy.

Call your doc and complain, say you cannot handle the high pressures it is going to, and ask him to lower it. If it doesn't get reset within 24 hrs (1 day) call him again and complain.

I do agree with the above suggestions. Call his RT and ask the same thing them ask the RT to check w your doc. If the change doesn't come call again.

Which wheel are you going to grease first?
