The links in my signature show how to organize and post charts. F11 makes the screen full size and removes profile information. To take a screenshot, just push F12. Screenshots are stored in My Documents/Sleepyhead/Screenshots. You can attach using the forum attachment which is limited, or host on Imgur as described in link 2.

1. Download SleepyHead
2. Organize SleepyHead Charts
3. Establish an IMGUR .com account
4. Take a Screenprint of your SleepyHead Charts
5. Copy (drag and drop works) your screenshot to your IMGUR account
6. In IMGUR Click on the image you wish to post
7. In the lower right corner click on the Large Thumbnail text
8. Click on "Copy" for the post in "Linked BBCode (message boards)"
9. Paste into your post here.

after almost 2 months of treatment my AHI is average 6.57 past 30 days. but my periodic breathing changes everyday and average for the week is 23%. I have last nights results I will post it now (finally figured out how to do it Smile.). is there any recommendation anyone can give ?.[attachment=3536]
