Yes, I have seen the wiki. I actually saw the doctor who invented it talking about it on a youtube video a while back. I've read the research paper as well. I will do a couple nights of testing then post an update with charts and a photo of my setup, but it's just the valve used in the study and a section (length to be determined) of tubing. The makeshift setup I had was an elbow off of another mask taped to the end of the tube on my f&p solo pillow mask.
I wish I could get some CO2 readings but the extra sensor isn't in the budget. I'm still just pretty psyched about staying 93% - 98% O2 last night. That alone has to be better for my body.

The normal solution for rainout is to use a tube support that brings the tube up from the machine before coming down to the user. Combined with heated tubing or a tube cover, that should allow any water from the humidifier to drain back to the chamber or not form in the tube.

Yes, I did that when the humidifier was causing rainout. My issue now is humidity from my own breath since using EERS. I put my tube cover on the EERS section but it didn't prevent the moisture build up. I may have to decrease the humidity from the cpap.

Looks good. Still see some periodic breathing, but much better than CA events. You can try insulating the EERS and possibly the mask to reduce rainout.

My EERS
F&P Solo Pillow
Heat Moisture Exchanger
24" flex tube
Whisper swivel valve
6 inch flex tube (used as a connector)
F&P non-breathing valve
Yes, I know I have more dead space than was used in the published study. I have tried 6, 12, 18, and 24". 24" brings my median tidal volume up to around 600.

Looks great. Don't hesitate to cover that with some fleece tubing cover like SnuggleHose (Amazon) to prevent condensation. I added your setup to the wiki.
