Changing n30i for p30i
I currently use the Resmed nasal cushion n30i. I would like to try the nasal pillows (p30i). Do I need to get new headgear too, in other words is it all one piece that doesn’t come apart? or can I change out just the nasal cushion for the pillows?

If you're happy with the size of the headgear, then you only need to change out the nasal cushion for the nasal pillow. Everything else is the same.

I should add that I have switched between the nasal pillow and nasal cushion. Both are comfortable, but the nasal pillow (p30i) is harder to keep a seal, at least for me.

I tried both in the past and for me, the pillows worked much better and were more comfortable. I liked them a lot.

The cushion should be all that's needed to convert. I've tried them both about when my ASV therapy went downhill in 2019, no correlation.
