Clear airway event
Hi,

I am new to using CPAP. In the last few days of using CPAP, I am noticing more Clear airway apnea. I am attaching the screenshots. Any thoughts on setting. Please advise.

Additionally I seem to be taking off my mask involuntarily during the night. Any way to keep it on throughout.

Thanks in advance,
Ram

RE: Clear airway event
Notice the spikes right before the CAs? That is you sighing or momentarily waking up. I think you need to raise your minimum pressure to something like 9. 4 is too low and the machine takes too long to ramp up and you are having bad sleep because of it. That might help you keep your mask on too since you will feel like you are getting more air.

Thanks. I increased the pressure yesterday. It seems to have reduced AHI to 0.3 for yesterday. Will check for a few days and post.
