I turn 65 in late October. I've already signed up for Medicare and now have my card. I need to contact my insurance company and see what's going to happen. 

My next shipment of supplies isn't due til the second week of October.

Your experience with Medicare will depend on the supplemental coverage you carry.  For most covered expenses, Medicare covers 80%, and the supplemental coverage will cover all or part of the rest. Depending on your deductibles and copay, this can make your CPAP supplies free, or they can add up to a considerable amount.  Supplemental plans apply to Medicare Parts A and B and are often called "Medigap". You probably also need a Medicare Advantage Plan for Part C and a Part D plan for prescriptions.  Without a Medicare Advantage Plan, your costs for many services will remain high.
