Contec CMS50F time resolutions

Hi,

Non of the Viatom puls oximeters seem to have a better time resolution than 2 seconds for the records in the cvs export file from the app. So perhaps the Contec CMS50F is a better option in this respect.

Does anybody know what the time resolution is for this oximeter:
-frequency of measurements
-frequency in the data upload stream
-frequency in the records of the cvs export file

Which oximeter has a high time resolution?

Hi Phaul,
I'm not familiar with the Viatom oximeters, but I have recently acquired a Contec CMS50F (hardware version 2).
The resolution for measurements, data in the downloaded sp02 file (for import into OSCAR), and the csv file is 1 second.
The only slight issue that I have found with my CMS50F is that the internal clock drifts a minute or two by the end of an 8 hour night.
