Could use help with collecting data for OSCAR
Hello everyone!
I apologize if this has been answered before, but I have been searching for an answer throughout the night and have gotten no where. So I figured I would send this question to the either before going to bed.
I am trying to gather my sleep data in OSCAR, so I can post my other questions on the board with the supplemental files to address them. But when I grabbed my SD card from my machine and opened it up in OSCAR, it indicated that the card has files for individual dates but absolutely nothing in those files.
I have the ResMed AirCurve 10-ASV cellular equipped model. It has had the SD card in it the entire time I’ve used it. My machine is transmitting my data to its servers and my doctor can see it. But I cannot get the granular reports myself.
Is there something I am missing to do to get my sleep data saved to my SD card? Is there any chance of collecting my year+ of data at this point? I would really appreciate the help to figure this out.

Hi APLJACK ! -
Unfortunately, if your SD card didn't record the detailed data, then it is gone. The Resmed will only store summary data internally. You may have a bad SD card. To obtain detailed sleep data, will require the SD card to be in the machine during its use. Any SD card 2 -32 GB in size will work. If you are going to use a previously used card, format it prior to inserting it into your CPAP. It will need to be formatted to a FAT32 format.

Thank you Crimson! I have really apricated the advice of the board here, and the support you all give us new users. Thank you for the advice on the card, and now I can cast the resolution to you all.
After giving up last night, I got back on to the computron in the morning and closed out the initial window I got after installing OSCAR. It looked like a file manager asking what directory I would like to use, that is the one that said my card had no data. With the card reinserted and the program running anew, OSCAR asked some preliminary questions and immediately detected my card and downloaded my data. (don't compute while drowsy my friends
)
So the issue is resolved! your dark magics have saved the day! and the maxim of all technical support reps still stands "Is your computer on? is your computer plugged in? did you restart your application? etc. etc."
now I get to go do some heavy digging.
Ciao!

Good! So you will know. If you ever have any problems with OSCAR and the SD card, try accessing your card using only the file explorer (or finder on a Mac) to see if you can access it like a normal drive.
