Creating a Bookmark in OSCAR

Creating a Bookmark in OSCAR
What am I missing? To create a Bookmark, the instructions indicate:
 
Click on the tab to open bookmarks
On the flow rate graph, place the cursor on the event you wish to record (eg an apnea)
Click the Add Bookmark button. A bookmark stating the time and date will be created.
 
How is it possible to have the cursor on the event of interest within a graph and concurrently click elsewhere on the Add Bookmark button?

Zoom in on the Graph to a time you wish to bookmark. Go to the Bookmarks → Add a Bookmark to record this point in time and zoom level.
