[Symptoms] Central Apneas when falling asleep

Central Apneas when falling asleep
Hi All,

Recently have been experiencing a stream of CA's as I am falling asleep. It happens for a few hours then passes.
I have been increasing pressure to try and fix it and using EPR but doesn't really seem to be helping.
It is also causing leak rates to increase later during sleep as I move about I assume.

Not sure what information is relevant and if anyone can advise how I can tweak to get a better outcome.
Any advice much appreciated.
