After all the 10’s are gone ( if they aren’t already) everyone will also end up with 11’s .

The Air 11 does not, as yet have have the performance history of the Air 10 line, but there aren't any red-flags either.
The one issue with the Air 11 is accessory and supply chain problems. Some are reporting problems getting filters, tanks, heated hoses, power supplies,.... ResMed has no *immediate* plans to discontinue the AirSense 10, this was reinforced by the CEO during the last summer's earnings call.

IMHO any AutoSet is acceptable. The supply chain will fill for spare or replaceable items for the AS11 soon. It's just that it is a new device

The 11 is a fine device, just know that the ClimateLineAir is more expensive and harder to find for it.
