To Canuck2... your AS10 does also have the soft response feature you mentioned the AS11 has. In the clinical menu look for response.. choice is either soft or regular.

I think the ResMed 10s are their best models.  The 11 has a smaller motor and lots more complaints.  Newer is not always better.  I would get a 10 if I were you.

Personally, I don't think the 11 is better. I have run into whistling issues with the 11 not present with the 10. My water reservoir lasts longer with the 10. Plus the filter in the 11 is ridiculously tiny.

In terms of software, the original SleepyHead suits my needs because it splits days where Oscar doesn't.

I'm looking to purchase a replacement 10 which is from 2016 and I'll probably use the 11 as a backup.
