DOCTOR SPECIALIZING IN ASV IN CENTRAL FLORIDA NEEDED
I need a doctor who spealizes in ASV. Does anyone know of a doctor who has substantial experience treating mixed sleep apnea with ASV in central Florida? I thank you in advance for responding to this posting. I need help badly.

Welcome to the forum.
Not trying to stop you from seeing a doctor but I do suggest you post some SleepyHead charts here and see what might be done. Many ASV users here.

Your machine is supported by Sleepyhead version 1.1.0 Please download it and consider posting a chart. We can probably help.

I'm not suggesting you don't seek after some doctor and his/her medical advice on ASV. Even so, I self treat, with assistance from the AB members and charts on Sleepyhead. At the beginning, I edited my settings to best results, which included changing to ASV Auto. The RT at the DME was clueless in setup and the pulmonary doc had no idea what to say or do. So, I needed someone to be in charge; I elected me.
Best to you on the treatment.

It's not central Florida, but if you are willing to drive to Jacksonville, there is the Jacksonville Sleep Clinic. I go there and use Dr. Nassar, who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. I am not sure you will find any doctor who specializes in ASV per se. His practice is essentially sleep medicine.
