Data Review

Hello All.  I am new to CPAP (machine is a week old).  I would like to figure out this software so that I am able to help my daughter try a second time with her machine.  This is my data from last night and night before.  My machine is set at 8.  No Ramp. I am trying to just buckle down and get the hours in each night; it's going well as far as me keeping the mask on and getting my time in.  I am not waking up in the middle of the night to use the restroom as I was but cognitively I feel as I did before I started CPAP - Cognitively I may be at my best (I have other factors).  So looking for someone to tell me any adjustments they recommend and an non adjustment advice as well.  Thank you.

Things are not to bad but I would make 2 changes.

Give that a try it should bring down your flow limits and help you sleep better.
