Data reporting with AirSense 11

Data reporting with AirSense 11
I have been using the AirSense 11 for a few months and I have noticed a peculiar situation.

If I don't use it for a night and then I use it the following morning, it splits up the time used and reports it over two different days.

Example:

I did not use it January 21 after 8 am.  So that data up to 8am is recorded to Thursday which is correct because I went to sleep 11:30 pm Thursday January 20.  The next time I used it was Saturday at 9 am.  I slept 11:23 hours on January 22.  The AirSense 11 split up the hours and assigned 2:49 to Friday January 21 (even though I did not use it past 8 am on January 21) and for Saturday January 22 assigned 8:34 usage hours, not the whole 11:23 hours which in my mind it should have.

Why is it doing this and is there a way to correct this?  I am taking this data from myAir app on my cell phone.

Thanks.

A ResMed "day" starts at noon and ends at noon on the day with the next date. What you describe is exactly correct as the machine is programmed.

The time period named "Jan 20" goes from
20220120 12:00:00 to 20220121 11:59:59

The time period named "Jan 21" goes from
20220121 12:00:00 to 20220122 11:59:59

The time period named "Jan 22" goes from
20220122 12:00:00 to 20220123 11:59:59

(Ok, I'm guessing -- it may go from 12:00:01 one day to 12:00:00 the next)

Other users have also said they are having problems with their MyAir data. ResMed might be having some issues with their servers. Is there a Help button in the app? Or a Contact Us link? It would need to reported to MyAir/ResMed.
