DeVilbiss Intellipap AutoBilevel DV57 Clinical Set Up

Hey All! looking for Clinical Set Up info on the DeVilbiss intellipap AutoBilevel Machine model DV57. This is a new machine for me as my old REs Duet LX is trying to die. I have looked everywhere for this info and have not found it. With the machine is an email address that I will try myself to get the info. Since I am an RN and can talk the lingo maybe.......
Mean time if anyone knows how to enter setup mode that info will be greatly appreciated.

I tried to list the machine name and model # exactly. I had already searched the manual database, this machine is NOT listed. And I have searched the Web too.......no luck!

If anyone has any info would be greatly appreciated!'
