SleepyRyans progress
Hello everyone,

New to the board, newly diagnosed as mild-to-moderate apnea from an in-home study.  Doctor suggested he want to refer me to a sleep-specialist over prescribing a CPAP, and that he felt other options should be pursued.  I agreed in part because I have access to a machine, and wanted to see specialist over my GP managing this.  Sleep-specialist can't see me until October at the earliest.

After changing masks I've taken to sleeping with the machine every night pretty easily...

Would like help understanding the OSCAR data and making adjustments -here are two nights of OSCAR data to review:

RE: SleepyRyans progress
PCP prescribed an autoset while I wait for consult with sleep specialist and the unit came with factory configuration.

Fitted for ResMed AirFit F20 Medium face mask.

Technician who I met with at the supplier suggested I'd need a higher start pressure for full face mask.

Here's first two nights with this machine, Pressure configured to 4-15, EPR 2.

Feedback would be appreciated.
