RE: How to look at OSCAR results
Those line show what type of apnea you had were by color and if you take your mouse and put it on one (dont click) it will show you something like obstructive (14). The 14 is the length of the apnea in seconds. It will show Central, Obstructive, Hypopnea, Unclassified Apneas. It does not show the Flow limits because they are not counted in the AHI. All of them are apnea.

In Post #7 above, Staceyburke recommends the use of a cervical collar. Fortunately I have one that is at least 30 years old, used for neck support when long distance driving. it is 250 miles between major towns here in Queensland, Australia.
I have posted two graphs, of 'before' for the 24 Sept, and 'after' for 25 Sept with the use of a cervical collar. The results speak for themselves. I have also posted an enlarged graph of the events occurring in the 'before' graph, leading to the removal of the mask. Thanks for your expert advice, Staceyburke.
In the 'after chart, can anyone please suggest the reason for the rise in pressure at midnight? there are no OSA events leading up to that time, unlike the previous night, everything looks normal.
The gap at 0:55 hours was due to dry mouth and itchy nose. It is the reason also why I stopped wearing the mask at 3:10am. But it also looks like I left the machine switched off accidentally for 90 minutes after 0.55 hours.
In the after chart, you are correct in that there are no "Apnea" events, but there are a lot of Flow Limitations, which are non-apnea obstructive events are are used by resmed as a signal to increase pressure.

I think you may have messed up some things with regards to ramp and EPR. I don't think your previous screenshot showed you at EPR only on ramp, and the ramp on for 45 minutes.
