Did you watch? Sleepless in America

Did you watch? Sleepless in America
Hi,
Did you all watch "Sleepless in America" on Sunday night. I recorded it and watched it tonight. Whilst it did not really give Sleep Apnea a lot of time, it certainly showed the results of sleep deprivation.
It should be required viewing for anyone who is thinking of giving up. The consequences of not getting a good nights sleep (wearing your mask) were displayed in a way that would make anybody with SA think twice about going to bed without CPAP. It was pretty intense for me having SA.
You can watch it on demand. National Geographic - Sleepless in America.

Sorry - Didn't know it was a repeat but I stand by my post. You should watch it if you are even close to giving up.

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night

Thanks DonC,

I missed it, but will watch it OnDemand.

I watched it in between the plethora of phone calls I had today. Only took me a little more than 4 hours. Rolleyes
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

Thank you! I went to the NatGeo site but it was asking for a TV provider login. I'm off to make popcorn. Wink

Interesting thing about that, NatGeo's video was only 53 minutes long (with commercials).
