It shouldn't have been the "Sharing" tab, but the "Security" tab. There are plenty of Win11 users.

It seems that you are in a blocked condition.
I assume that you have not tried to create a new profile.
Please try to create a new profile. If that works then use it.
If that does not work. check to see if any button works.
try to delete a profile, but do not confirm the delete command (by entering DELETE in the delete menu.)
There are some other item to try based on your responses.

I went to security under Oscar data properties. Under group or usernames, there were three:, system, GA, administrators. Under permissions every item was checked allow for all three groups except for special permissions, which was unchecked.
I suppose I should delete the Oscar data file and just start over from scratch.

OK,
I have a test. name name oldFolder refers to an existing profile.
1) create a new folder in C:\Users\georg\Documents\OSCAR_Data say newFolder
creating C:\Users\georg\Documents\OSCAR_Data say newFolder
2) Copy all the files in oldFolder to newFolder.
all files in C:\Users\georg\Documents\OSCAR_Data\Profile\oldFolder
to folder C:\Users\georg\Documents\OSCAR_Data\Profile\newFolder

I do not understand what you are trying to test. don’t understand what name name folder means.

I spent some time today trying to do a fresh install. If I Just uninstall from the app it leaves the Oscar data files alone. When I reinstall Oscar, it opens to that same old profile page with five listings, which are all frozen.
I then went to the date holder and deleted profiles. I opened the app and got a clean profile with no listings, but most of the features are frozen.
The problem is the app is opening to the wrong page. Instead of opening to the page that has various choices, upload, open, etc. it opens to the profile page and stay there.
If a fresh clean reinstall doesn’t work I have run out of ideas.
