Do you recommend a Respironics PR System One DS260

My Res med escape II is 5 years old and I'm looking it to replace it , the equipment wants to sell me a Respironics PR System One DS260. any feedback?

Alot of that would depend on if your out of pocket or insurance helping with it.

Avoid ResMed Escape and PR System One DS260 like a plague, both machines are bricks, does not report anything useful other than usage hours

PRS1 model numbers below 450 or 460 are not data capable machines
PR Syestem One DS460 (fixed pressure machine) and DS560 Auto are data capable machines
ResMed S9 Elite and S9 AutoSet (not Escape Auto) are data capable machines

Auto cost more more but can be used as auto-PAP or fixed pressure machine, two machines in one
Not much if you spread the extra cost over 5 years period and would not buy you a cup of coffee
Supplier #2 is good source for used and new machines
