Does ResMed plan to upgrade to 5G ?
New question: What if any plans does Resmed have for upgrading 4G to 5G transmission to myAir? I’ve been on a Resmed C-PAP for 4.5 yrs, but soon will be switching to bi-PAP Resmed Air Curve 10 V Auto, probably model 37211, which still has 4G transmission. For reasons I won’t go into, I was planning to just buy the new machine, but now I’m worried about losing access to myAir if reception there is upgraded from 4G to 5G. Is there any sort of “patch” for this difficulty? Does Resmed sell any 5G bi-level machines now? Can we reasonably expect that Resmed will leave 4G well enough alone for at least another 5 years?
