Unable to install Oscar on ubuntu 22.04

Tried several times.
Successful in downloading: OSCAR_1.4.0-Ubuntu_22.04_amd64
Downloads dir shows it as:  oscar_1.4.0-Ubuntu22_amd64.deb

Terminal show me this:

Yep!  The CLI structure you are using is signaling apt install to look at your sources repositories.   You need to modify your command line by adding a ./ before the oscar program name.  This will tell apt to use a local file. Here is how you should be installing OSCAR:  sudo apt install ./oscar_1.4.0-Ubuntu22_amd64.deb

Thanks for the help. I am up and running, I have read my cpap card. Plots nice.
install ended a little funny at the end.
