On another note, my machine each night this past week has said my average pressure is 10.9 but my machine is set at a constant 11. Any ideas what’s up with that?

Does this Oscar chart look okay?
This is my chart from last night. I feel pretty good overall, woke up at the halfway point there to go to the bathroom and felt a little stressed but not sure if that's just life or CPAP. I just wanted to know if you saw this chart and someone said they felt pretty decent if you would try to fix anything? I had someone tell me my flow limits need to improve and turn my EPR down to -1 but I just can't breathe with my EPR any lower than -3.

RE: Does this Oscar chart look okay?
Your friend was wrong, lowering the EPR will give you MORE flow limits. What you have things set at seem to be working for you. If you want to change you can use the AUTO in stead of a CPAP setting and find out if that could make you feel better.
Settings would be Autoset Min 7 Max 11 EPR full time set to 3 You already have all of those setting but in a cpap mode. the Auto mode will vary the amount of pressure from 7 to a max of 11 IF you need it. Your choice on which mode is best for you but most of the people here use the Auto mode...

Ok thanks! I actually switched from Auto to CPAP because the changes in pressure where causing me to have microarousals. When I switched to CPAP I finally started getting deep sleep for the first time since I started therapy. Everyone is different apparently! Thank you for your feedback.
